Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, focusing on visual and functional testing.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency in English.
- Testing E-commerce stores, publishing websites, and platforms.
- Experience testing websites built on WordPress, including themes, plugins, and custom functionality.
- Strong understanding of website functionality, responsiveness, and UI/UX principles.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with development teams.
- Familiarity with testing across various browsers and devices.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ability to inspect elements in the browser).
- Ability to create detailed and structured QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and user manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review and understand project requirements and specifications to develop test plans.
- Perform manual testing of WordPress websites to ensure functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility across various browsers and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Identify, document, and track bugs, issues, and inconsistencies in Jira, Trello, or other tracking tools.
- Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to ensure the stability of WordPress updates, plugins, and theme changes.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to provide feedback and resolve issues before deployment.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Validate user interface (UI) elements for consistency and responsiveness.
- Verify that SEO, performance, and accessibility requirements are met.
- Assist in maintaining testing documentation, including test cases and bug reports.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
